摘要
水稻作为人类的重要主食之一,其品质越来越得到重视。株高作为衡量水稻品质育种的重要指标之一,其优化和选择往往能提高水稻的产量和品质。本研究对53个作图群体,共229个水稻株高QTL信息进行了收集整理,基于元分析的计算方法进行图谱整合,构建一张有关水稻株高的高密度图谱。结果显示,获得与水稻株高相关的QTL位点和紧密连锁标记33个,分布在染色体1、2、3、4、5、6、7、8、9以及10上。为水稻株高基因的准确定位以及水稻株型分子辅助育种提供理论依据。
Rice, as one of the important staple food of humanity, has attracted more and more attention. Plant height is one of the important indicators of rice quality breeding, and its optimization and selection can often improve the yields and quality office. In this study, a total of 229 QTL information related to plant height from 53 mapping populations were collected. Based on the meta-analysis method, the plant height QTLs were mapped and a high-density map of rice plant height was constructed. The results showed that 33 QTLs and tight linkage markers related to plant height were obtained on chromosomes 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9 and 10. This research could provide theoretical reference for fine mapping for plant height of rice and marker-assisted breeding of rice plant type breeding.
