摘要
针对资阳沱江多线特大桥在现浇多榀并排简支梁施工中的工程特点,比较了满堂式支架和梁柱式支架在适用性和安全性两个方面的差异,同时利用ANSYS有限元分析软件分析并且验算施工过程梁柱支架荷载情况。结果表明,梁柱式支架在适用性和安全性两个方面更适于本工程的施工,且满足工程荷载验算。最后,详细介绍了梁柱式支架配合滑移式侧模现浇多榀并排简支梁技术的施工工艺及效果,以期为类似工程提供参考。
In view of the engineering features on the construction of cast-in-place muhi-span parallel simply supported beam of Tuojiang River muhi-line super large bridge in Ziyang, the differences between the applicability and safety of the full- scale bracket and the beam pillar support are compared. At the same time, the load of beam-column bracket during construction was analyzed and verified by ANSYS finite element analysis software. The results show that the beam-column bracket is more suitable for the construction of this project in terms of applicability and safety, and meets the engineering load checking. Finally, the construction technology and effects of beam-column bracket with sliding side formwork of cast- in-place multi-span parallel simply supported beam construction technology are introduced in detail, hoping to provide a reference for similar projects.
