摘要
以新建银川—吴忠客运专线YWZQ-1标的银川机场黄河特大桥引桥为例,对引桥56 m简支梁施工采用贝雷梁和采用新型组合桁架梁2种方案进行了施工技术及经济性对比。结果表明:与贝雷梁相比,新型组合桁架梁施工成本降低了32.9%,材料成本降低了5.8%,施工工期可减少一半;新型组合桁架梁具有承载力高、跨越能力大、通用性好、拆装快捷、安全可靠、运输方便等优点,但该结构采用大尺寸杆件,施工精度要求较高,采用销轴铰接,拼装及吊装时纵梁的线型控制较难,支架成型后的标高、线型对梁部施工影响较大,必须由专业技术能力强的技术人员施工。综合考虑建议采用新型组合桁架梁施工。
Taking the newly-built approach bridge of Yellow River super major bridge of YWZQ-1 Yinchuan airport in Yinchuan-Wuzhong passenger dedicated line as an example, the construction technology and economic efficiency were compared for the 56 m approach bridge by adopting two simple supported beam construction schemes between bailey beams and new combined truss girders.The results show that the construction cost and material cost of new combined truss girders decreases by 32. 9% and 5. 8% respectively and construction period can be reduced by half compared with Bailey beams.New combined truss girder has advantages such as high bearing capacity, large spanning capability,good commonality, fast mounting and dismounting capacity,good safety and convenient transportation,but its structure uses large size bars and requires high construction accuracy, the pin hinges are used to connect the components, it is very difficult to control the line type of longitudinal girders during assembling and hoisting,and the elevation and line type after holder molding have large influences on the construction of beams,which means it must be constructed by technicians with strong professional skills. In comprehensive consideration, it is suggested that the new combined truss girders should be used in construction.
