摘要
以"针刺""针灸""艾灸""灸""膝关节骨性关节炎""退行性膝关节炎"为主题词,检索1998年1月至2017年12月CNKI(中国知网)、万方数据库、维普数据库。最终纳入64篇辩证针灸治疗膝骨性关节炎的临床研究文献,运用文献计量学方法分析发现:针灸治疗不同证型膝骨性关节炎均以局部选穴为主,且多选胃经、脾经、胆经和膀胱经穴位;同时根据病机的不同,不同证型膝骨性关节炎的治疗又有各自的特点。
“Acupuncture”,“moxibustion”,“kneeosteoarthritis”and“degenerative kneeosteoarthritis” were taken as subject words,and retrieved in CNKI databases,Wanfang databases and VIP databases from January 1998 to December 2017. 64 clinical research literatures on treating knee osteoarthritis with acupuncture based on syndrome differentiation were collected finally. Through analysis with bibliometrical method,we found that in treating knee osteoarthritis of different syndrome types with acupuncture,the local acupoint selection was taken as main;and the acupoints of stomach meridian,spleen meridian,gallbladder meridian and bladder meridian were selected commonly;and at the same time according to different pathogenesis,the treatment of knee osteoarthritis of different syndrome types was with individual characteristics.
