摘要
目的分析针灸推拿治疗退行性膝关节炎(knee osteoarthritis,KOA)患者的临床效果.方法选取该院2018年10月—2020年10月收治的110例退行性KOA患者,随机分为两组,每组55例,对照组接受玻璃酸钠腔内注射治疗,观察组在对照组基础上接受针灸推拿治疗,对比两组临床疗效、治疗前后临床症状积分、Lysholm膝关节评分、血清炎症因子水平.结果观察组临床总有效率96.36%高于对照组的74.55%,治疗后疼痛、晨僵、肿胀积分均低于对照组,Lysholm膝关节评分高于对照组,血清白细胞介素-18、白细胞介素-6、超敏C反应蛋白水平均低于对照组,组间差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论针灸推拿可有效缓解退行性KOA患者疼痛、晨僵、肿胀等症状,改善膝关节功能,减轻炎症反应,疗效显著.
Objective To analyze the clinical effects of acupuncture and massage in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis(KOA)patients.Methods A total of 110 KOA patients admitted to the hospital from October 2018 to October 2020 were selected and randomly divided into two groups with 55 cases in each group.The control group received intracavity injection of sodium hyaluronate,and the observation group received acupuncture and massage treatment on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,scores of clinical symptoms,Lysholm knee joint score,and serum inflammatory factor levels before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The total clinical effective rate of the observation group was 96.36%,which was higher than 74.55%of the control group,after treatment,the scores of pain,morning stiffness,and swelling were lower than those of the control group,and the Lysholm knee score was higher than that of the control group,the levels of serum interleukin-18,interleukin-6,and hypersensitivity C-reactive protein were lower than those of the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Acupuncture and massage can effectively relieve pain,morning stiffness,swelling and other symptoms of KOA patients,improve knee joint function,
