Key Techniques for Design of Main Girder of Main Bridge of Wuhan Qingshan Changjiang River Highway Bridge

摘要 武汉青山长江公路大桥主桥为主跨938m的双塔双索面混合梁(由钢箱梁与钢箱结合梁组成)斜拉桥,桥面总宽48m。中跨主梁采用整体式钢箱梁,由钢主梁、正交异性钢桥面、钢箱梁横隔板组成。中跨钢主梁高4.5m,设置4道纵腹板。钢箱梁横隔板边侧货车道采用实腹式、中间轻车道采用镂空的桁架式,横隔板间距2.5m。通过参数匹配设计优化正交异性钢桥面的抗疲劳性能。边跨主梁采用钢箱结合梁,由槽型钢主梁与混凝土预制板通过湿接缝与剪力钉结合为整体。边跨钢主梁高4.06m,除顶板外的断面布置与中跨钢箱梁一致。针对钢箱结合梁墩顶负弯矩区混凝土板拉应力大的问题,采取控制混凝土预制板存放龄期、选择合适的预制板结合工序及顶落梁、湿接缝处理、加强结合板配筋等措施。钢箱梁与钢箱结合梁混合面设于桥塔中跨侧18m,通过构造细节处理使2种主梁结构传力安全、可靠。 The main bridge of Wuhan Qingshan Changjiang River Highway Bridge is a doublepylon double cable plane hybrid girder(composed of steel box girder and steel box composite gird er)cable stayed bridge with main span of 938 m, and with width of 48 m. The mid span main girder employs integral steel box girder, which is composed of steel main girder, orthotropic steel deck and transverse diaphragm of the steel box girder. The mid span steel main girder is 4. 5 m high with 4 longitudinal web plates. The steel box girder transverse diaphragms at the side carriageway adopt solid web, and which at the middle light carriageway adopt hollowed out truss, the spacing between transverse diaphragms is 2.5 m. The anti fatigue performance of the orthotropic steel deck is optimized by parameter marching design. The steel box composite girder is used in the side span main girder, which is composed of grooved steel girder and concrete precast slab combined by wet joint and shear studs. The height of the side-span steel main girder is 4.06 m, the section arrange ment is consistent with mid span steel box girder besides roof. In view of the problem of large tensile stress of concrete slab in negative bending moment zone of steel box composite girder at the pier top, measures such as controlling the storage age of concrete precast slabs, choosing suitable bonding process of precast slabs, jacking down the main girder, wet joint treatment and strengthening reinforcement of joint slabs are taken. Mixed cross section of steel box girder and steel box composite girder is set in the mid span, with a distance of 18 m to the pylon, some structural detail treatments are used to make two type of main girder safe and reliable.
