摘要
目的观察舒缓颗粒治疗肝郁气滞型老年胃病的效果,为治疗该病提供参考。方法选取2017年3月-2018年3月来首都医科大学附属北京中医医院就诊的80例肝郁气滞型老年胃病患者为研究对象。根据治疗方式的不同,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组40例。观察组给予舒缓颗粒治疗,对照组给予奥美拉唑镁肠溶片口服,疗程均为8周。比较2组的治疗总有效率、中医证候积分和不良反应发生情况等。结果观察组治疗总有效率显著高于对照组(86.67%68.33%,<0.05);治疗前2组的中医证候积分无显著差异(>0.05),治疗后2组的中医证候积分均下降,且观察组中医证候积分下降程度比对照组更显著(<0.05);2组治疗期间均未出现严重的不良反应。结论舒缓颗粒对肝郁气滞型老年胃病患者的疗效显著,且安全性高,具有一定的临床使用价值。
Objective To observe the effect of Shuhuan Granule on gastric diseases of stagnation of liver-qi type in the elderly. Methods 80 elderly with gastric diseases of stagnation of liver-qi type in Beijing Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine Affiliated to Capital Medical University during the period from Mar. 2017 to Mar., 2018 were selected and were divided, according to the therapeutic methods, into 2 groups： observation group and control group, 40 in each; oral administration of Shuhuan Granule was made to the elderly in observation group while oral administration of omeprazole magnesium enteric-coated tablets; the courses for both groups lasted for 8 weeks; the total effective rates, TCM symptom scores and the occurrence of adverse reactions in the 2 groups were comparatively studied. Results The total effective rate in observation group was much higher than that in control group （86.67% vs68.33%, P〈0.05）; there existed no obvious difference in TCM symptom scores between the 2 groups before treatment （P〉0.05） while after treatment, the TCM symptom scores in the 2 groups both dropped down and the decrease in observation group was even greater than that in control group （P〈0.05）; no severe adverse reactions occurred in both groups. Conclusions Shuhuan Granule is of good effect on gastric diseases of stagnation of liver-qi type in the elderly with a high safety, it is worthy of certain clinical application.
