摘要
目的:观察穴位埋线治疗呼吸机相关性腹胀的临床疗效。方法:将符合纳入标准的40例患者随机分为试验组和对照组,每组各20例,试验组行穴位埋线治疗;对照组予西药枸橼酸莫沙必利片,5 mg,Q8H,鼻饲,治疗周期为一周,记录纳入时和治疗结束后的氧合指数,腹围,首次排便时间,胃排空时间,腹腔内压,APACHE II评分,进行统计分析。结果:治疗结束后,试验组与对照组中医症状积分和腹内压水平均有不同程度的降低,肠蠕动功能及呼吸功能得到了相应的改善,试验组在各方面均明显优于对照组。结论:穴位埋线可明显减轻呼吸机相关性腹胀患者的症状和体征,促进呼吸功能及胃肠功能的恢复,改善患者预后,且操作简单方便,作用持久,比单独西药常规治疗更具优势。
Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of acupoint catgut embedding in the treatment of ventilator-associated abdominal distension.Methods:40 patients who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into the experimental group(n=20)and the control group(n=20).The experimental group was treated with acupoint catgut embedding therapy,the control group was treated with mosapride citrate tablets,5mg Q8H,nasal feeding,and the treatment cycle was one week.The oxygenation index,abdominal circumference,first defecation time,gastric emptying time,intraperitoneal pressure and APACHEII score were recorded during and after treatment.Results:After the treatment,the TCM symptom score and the level of intra-abdominal pressure in the experimental group and the control group decreased in varying degrees,and the intestinal peristalsis and respiratory function were improved correspondingly,and the experimental group was significantly better than the control group in all aspects.Conclusion:Catgut embedding at acupoint can obviously reduce the symptoms and signs of patients with ventilator-associated abdominal distension,promote the recovery of respiratory function and gastroin testinal function,improve the prognosis of patients,and has more advantages than routine treatment of western medicine alone.
