英汉V-NP_1-NP_2述宾构式中的动作链对比研究

摘要 为探讨英汉两种语言中普遍存在的V-NP_1-NP_2是否具有意义,形成构式,从认知语言学的视角,运用英汉对比的方法,依据动作链和心理互动理论分析其图式,发现V-NP_1-NP_2在英汉语中都包含两种不同,但彼此关联的意义:(1)若在V-NP_1-NP_2述宾构式中,受事为NP_2,则述语V的施事和NP_1之间没有直接的物理接触,该构式的意义为V的施事通过V的动作行为使得NP_1(失去)领有NP_2;(2)若受事为NP_1,则述语V的施事和NP_1之间有直接的物理接触,该构式的意义为V的施事通过V的动作行为使NP_1领有结果 NP_2。这说明V-NP_1-NP_2是一个形式和意义的结合体,形成一个构式。 To study whether V-NP 1 -NP 2 , which is common both in English and Chinese, has its meaning, and thus forms a construction, based on Action Chain and Mental Interactions theory in the perspective of Cognitive Linguistics, it is suggested that the V-NP 1 -NP 2 predicate-object construction in English and Chinese contains two different but related meanings after analyzing its schemas: (1) if the patient is NP 2 , the predicate V has no direct physical contact with NP 1 , and the construction means the agent of the predicate V makes NP 1 get or lose the possession of NP 2 by the action V; (2) if the patient is NP 1 , then the predicate V has direct physical contact with NP 1 , and the construction means the agent of the predicate V makes NP 1 get the possession of the result NP 2 by the action V, which proves that V-NP 1 -NP 2 is a form-meaning pair, and does form a construction.
