摘要
基于煤与瓦斯突出现状,构建了煤与瓦斯突出评价体系,提出新的评价方法,将集值统计与灰色模糊评价相结合,集值统计可对专家的区间评价进行估计,得到符合可信度要求的指标权重;灰色模糊评价用分散的指标信息构建灰色评价矩阵,最后根据最大隶属度原则进行综合评价,能够实现评价结果由定性到定量的转化。运用该方法评价新兴煤矿煤与瓦斯突出危险等级,评价结果为Ⅴ(安全)等级,符合工程实际。
Based on the status of coal and gas outburst,the evaluation system of coal and gas outburst is constructed,and a new evaluation method is put forward.The combined value statistics and grey fuzzy evaluation are combined.The collection value statistics can be used to estimate the expert′ s interval evaluation and get the index weight that meets the requirement of reliability.The grey fuzzy evaluation is used to disperse the evaluation.Index information is constructed by grey evaluation matrix.Finally,comprehensive evaluation is carried out according to the principle of maximum membership degree,so that the evaluation result can be transformed from qualitative to quantitative.This method is applied to evaluate the risk rank of coal and gas outburst in Xinxing coal mine,and the evaluation result is V(safety) grade,which is consistent with engineering practice.
