摘要
为了从根本上提升煤矿安全管理水平,在探索煤矿安全风险辨识与标准化的基础上,结合层次分析法与集对分析,建立了AHP-SPA的煤矿安全评价算法模型。基于"三位一体"体系,分专业按权重建立以煤矿标准化评级为基准的煤矿安全评价指标,实现了对煤矿安全管理效果的动态评估。最后,将AHP-SPA安全管理模型在济宁二号煤矿进行实际应用,验证了模型的适用性和可靠性,为煤矿安全管理提供了新的理论与技术支撑。
In order to fundamentally improve the safety management level of coal mines,based on the exploration of coal mine safety risk identification and standardization,combined with the analytic hierarchy process and set pair analysis,we established the AHP-SPA coal mine safety evaluation algorithm model,based on the"three in one".According to the weight,we established the coal mine safety evaluation index based on the coal mine standardization rating,and realized the dynamic evaluation of the coal mine safety management effect.Finally,the AHP-SPA safety management model was applied in Jining No.2 Coal Mine to verify the applicability and reliability of the model,which provided new theoretical and technical support for coal mine safety management.
