摘要
目的探究腹腔镜结直肠癌根治术围手术期快速康复外科护理的施行价值。方法选择2014年5月~2017年5月在我院就诊的腹腔镜结直肠癌根治术后的患者106例,分为两组,其中常规组给予传统护理措施,实验组给予快速康复外科护理,将两组的护理效果进行对比。结果并发症发生率:实验组为1.89%,常规组为13.21%(P<0.05);两组的下床活动时间、住院时间比较无明显差异(P>0.05);实验组的术后排气、排便时间均明显短于常规组(P<0.05);治疗前的SAS评分、体质量均无明显差异(P>0.05),治疗后两组SAS评分与体质量均有所改善,且以实验组的改善程度更加显著(P<0.05)。结论对结直肠癌患者给予快速康复外科护理模式的效果显著,便于降低术后并发症发生率,促进术后身体的恢复。
Objective The study aimed to investigate the application value of fast-track surgery（FST）nursing in perioperative period of laparoscopic resection in colorectal cancer.Methods A total of 106 cases with laparoscopic resection of colorectal cancer in our hospital from May 2014 to May 2017 were selected and divided into two groups,the control group was given traditional nursing measures,the observation group was given FST nursing,then the nursing effect of the two groups was compared.Results The complication occurring rate of the observation group and the control group were 1.89%,,13.21%（P〈0.05）.There was no statistic significance in time of off-bed,hospital stays between the two groups（P〉0.05）.The exhaust time,defecation time of the observation group were significantly shorter than those of the control group（P〈0.05）.Before treatment,there was no statistic significance in SAS score,body mass between the two groups（P〉0.05）;after treatment,the SAS score,body mass of the two groups were improved,the observation group improved more significantly（P〈0.05）.Conclusion FST nursing has significant effect in patients with laparoscopic resection of colorectal cancer,which can reduce the complication occurring rate,promote the recovery of patients.
