摘要
目的分析腹腔镜手术与开放手术治疗结直肠癌患者的效果和安全性.方法选取我院收治的78例结直肠癌患者进行研究,时间为2016年11月~2017年6月,将所有患者分为对照组和观察组,每组各39例患者,对照组接受开放手术治疗,观察组接受腹腔镜手术治疗.结果两组局部复发率、远处转移率和3年生存率对比,差异无统计学意义(P﹥0.05);观察组的并发症发生率低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论结直肠癌患者接受腹腔镜手术与开放手术均具有良好的效果,其中腹腔镜手术能够减少并发症的发生.
Objective To analyze the efficacy and safety of laparoscopic surgery and open surgery in the treatment of colorectal cancer.Methods 78 patients with colorectal cancer admitted to our hospital were selected for study from November 2016 to June 2017.All patients were divided into control group and observation group,with 39 patientsin each group.The control group received open surgery,while the observation group received laparoscopic surgery.Resultsthere wasno significant difference in local recurrence rate,distant metastasisrate and 3-year survival rate between the two groups(P>0.05).The complication rate of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Laparoscopic surgery and open surgery have good resultsin patientswith colorectal cancer,in which laparoscopic surgery can reduce the incidence of complications.
