摘要
以废旧玻璃钢粉(WFRP)为填料制备了聚乳酸(PLA)基复合材料,通过力学性能测试和热重分析,研究了WFRP含量对复合材料性能的影响。结果表明:随着WFRP用量的增加,复合材料的拉伸强度下降,冲击强度先升高后降低,弯曲强度和洛氏硬度逐渐增大,热稳定性逐渐提升。
The polylactic acid/waste glass fiber reinforced plastic powder(PLA/WFRP) composites were prepared. The effects of WFRP content on properties of the PLA/WFRP composites were investigated by mechanical testing and thermogravimetric analysis. The results show that: with the increasing of WFRP content, the bending strength, Rockwell hardness and thermal stability increase, however, the tensile strength decreases, and the impact strength increases first and then decreases.
