摘要
本文探讨了药物临床试验中研究护士的角色及专业特征,药物临床试验中研究护士是一个重要的角色,是专业的护理人员,需要承担多重角色,同时需要具备熟练掌握《药物临床试验质量管理规范》(GCP)、药物管理规范等专业知识,有助于提高药物临床试验的研究质量。
This paper discusses the role and professional characteristics of research nurses in clinical trials of drugs. Research nurses are regarded as one of key personnel in the drug clinical trials,with multiple works required. Meanwhile,they need to master the Criterions for the Quality Control of Clinical Trial of Drugs（ GCP）,drug management norms and other professional characteristics. Therefore,exploring the role and professional characteristics of research nurses in clinical trials is helpful to improve the research quality of drug clinical trials.
