摘要
受试者依从性是决定针灸临床试验研究结果准确性、可靠性的关键因素,通过对受试者依从性产生不利影响的主要原因的分析,针对性地提出提高针灸临床试验受试者依从性的方法,即包括专人专职、专用移动通讯设备、知情同意过程中的注意要点、良好的沟通交流以及对受试者心理状态的把握及沟通的技巧、试验场地的配备,以及对试验进程的管理方法等方面,供从事针灸临床试验的研究者参考与探讨。
The compliance of participants is a key factor to determine the accuracy and reliability of research conclusion in acupuncture-moxibustion clinical trial. With analysis on main reasons that could compromise the compliance of participants, the methods for improving compliance of participants in acupuncture-moxibustion clinical trial are proposed, including specialized staffs and mobile equipments, key points during informing consent procedure, favorable communication, understanding of participants＇ psychological states, communication skills and deploying of trim location, management method of schedule control and so on, which could provide reference and discussion for clinical researchers in acupuncture-moxibustion clinical trial.
