摘要
目的对沙丁胺醇、布地奈德联合治疗支气管哮喘急性发作的疗效进行探讨。方法 80例支气管哮喘急性发作患者,随机分为对照组和实验组,每组40例。两组患者均予以常规治疗,在此基础上,对照组给予沙丁胺醇治疗,实验组给予沙丁胺醇、布地奈德联合治疗。比较两组患者治疗效果、肺功能指标变化情况、症状改善情况。结果实验组治疗总有效率为97.5%,高于对照组的75.0%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。与治疗前比较,治疗后两组患者肺功能指标均改善,且实验组肺功能指标改善幅度更大,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组咳嗽、喘息、肺哮鸣音、肺啰音消失时间均短于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论沙丁胺醇联合布地奈德对支气管哮喘急性发作患者实施治疗,可改善患者临床症状以及肺功能,效果显著,安全性高。
Objective To investigate the efficacy of Salbutamol combined with Budesonide in the treatment of acute attack of bronchial asthma. Methods A total of 80 patients with acute attack of bronchial asthma were randomly divided into control group and experimental group, 40 cases in each group. Patients in the two groups were given conventional therapy, on this basis, the control group was treated with Salbutamol, the experimental group was given Salbutamol combined with Budesonide. The therapeutic effect, changes of pulmonary function indexes and symptoms improvement between the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of the experimental group was 97.5%, which was significantly higher than 75.0% of the control group, the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Compared with before treatment, the lung function indexes of the two groups were improved after treatment, and the improvement of lung function indexes in the experimental group were greater, the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）. The disappearance time of cough, wheezing, lung wheezing and lung rales in the experimental group were significantly shorter than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The implementation of Salbutamol combined with Budesonide in the treatment of patients with acute attack of bronchial asthma, can improve the clinical symptoms and lung function, the effect is significant and with high safety.
