摘要
目的研究沙丁胺醇联合布地奈德治疗支气管哮喘急性发作的疗效。方法 134例支气管哮喘急性发作患者,采用随机分组的方法分为对照组和观察组,每组67例。对照组患者单独使用沙丁胺醇进行治疗,观察组患者使用沙丁胺醇联合布地奈德治疗。对比两组患者的治疗效果、呼吸功能指标及症状改善时间。结果观察组患者的治疗总有效率为95.52%,高于对照组的79.10%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者的用力肺活量、呼吸流速峰值、第1秒用力呼吸容积均优于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者的咳嗽、哮鸣音、胸闷气短症状改善时间均短于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论使用沙丁胺醇联合布地奈德治疗支气管哮喘急性发作,采取急诊科处理方法进行治疗,能够取得更为理想的疗效。
Objective To study the efficacy of salbutamol combined with budesonide in the treatment of acute attack of bronchial asthma. Methods A total of 134 patients with acute attack of bronchial asthma were randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 67 cases in each group. The control group was treated with salbutamol only, and the observation group was treated with salbutamol combined with budesonide. Comparison were made on treatment effect, respiratory function index and symptom improvement time in two groups. Results The observation group had higher total treatment effective rate as 95.52% than 79.10% in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant（P0.05）. The observation group had better forced vital capacity, peak expiratory flow rate, forced expiratory volume in the first second than the control group, and their difference was statistically significant（P0.05）. The observation group had shorter symptom improvement time of cough, wheezing, chest tightness and shortness of breath than the control group, and the difference was statistically significant（P0.05）. Conclusion Combination of salbutamol and budesonide, along with emergency department treatment method, can achieve more ideal efficacy in the treatment of acute attack of bronchial asthma.
