摘要
"华龙一号"核反应堆堆芯板位于压力容器的吊篮筒体中,与燃料组件定位销组装后用于定位反应堆燃料组件,并在核反应堆运行时限制燃料组件位移。介绍了堆芯板的技术要求与材料特性,论述了堆芯板的制造流程,分析了制造难点与应对措施。
The Hualong No.1 nuclear reactor core plate is located in the core barrel of the pressure vessel and is assembled with the locating pin of fuel assembly to position the reactor fuel assembly and limit the displacement of the fuel assembly during operation of the nuclear reactor. The technical requirements and material properties of the core board were introduced. The manufacturing process of the core board was discussed, and the manufacturing difficulties and countermeasures were analyzed.
