摘要
针对两级同心孔加工时同轴度要求高、基准孔孔径小、阶梯孔深,导致找正困难的问题,设计了一种两级同心孔加工找正工装。介绍了这一工装的结构和原理。这一工装将找正目标由不易找正的内孔转换为较易找正的工装外圆和端面特征,可以提高加工效率和加工精度。
Aiming at the issues of high requirement on coaxiality,small diameter of reference hole,and deep stepped hole when processing two-stage concentric hole,which lead to difficult alignment,a alignment tool for machining of two-stage concentric hole was designed.The structure and principle of this tooling were introduced.This tooling converts the alignment target from the inner hole that is not easy to be aligned to the outer circle and end face features of the tooling that is easier to be aligned,which can improve processing efficiency and machining accuracy.
