摘要
为研究沥青路面雾封层对路面状况的影响,文章采用室内加速加载仪进行试验,研究喷洒不同剂量雾封层试件在模拟车轮荷载的不断作用下,其抗滑性能、抗渗性能、抗剥落性能的变化。试验结果表明,随着雾封层喷洒剂量的提高,雾封层试件抗渗性能、抗剥落性能均得到有效提高;雾封层的耐久性良好,可以使路面状况指数更长时间保持在较高水平;但过多的雾封层喷洒不利于保持路面的抗滑性能,同时雾封层剂量的增加对抗渗、抗剥落性能的提高有边际递减效应。综合考虑各方因素,推荐雾封层喷洒量为0.45L/m^2。
In order to study the influence of asphalt pavement fog-sealing layer on pavement conditions,this article conducted the experiment by indoor acceleration loader to study the changes of its anti-sliding performance, impermeability and anti-stripping performance of fog sealing layer specimens under the continuous action of simulated wheel load when different spraying content.The experimental results showed that the impermeability and anti-stripping performance of fog-sealing layer specimen are effectively improved with the increase of spra ying dose for fog-sealing layer;the durability of fog-sealing layer is good, and it can maintain the pavement condition index at a higher lever for longer time; however,too much spray of fog- sealing layer is not conducive to maintaining the anti-slip performance of the pavement,meanwhile,the increase of fog-sealing layer dosage has a marginal diminishing effect on the improvement of impermeability and anti-stripping properties.Taking all factors into consideration, it is recommended that the spray amount of fog-sealing layer is 0. 45L/m^2.
