摘要
选取2004-2016年煤炭企业、高校和科研机构三大主体的数据,在利用协同度模型测算煤炭企业产学研协同创新程度的基础上,依据资源基础理论和产业组织理论提出了煤炭企业产学研协同创新的影响因素,并采用多元线性回归进行了验证。研究结果表明,煤炭企业规模和经济发展水平显著促进了产学研协同创新的提升,煤炭企业家精神对产学研协同创新有显著的抑制作用,政府对煤炭企业资助力度的影响不显著。研究结果可以为煤炭企业提供建议,推动煤炭企业产学研协同创新的发展。
According to the data of three subjects of coal enterprises,universities and research institutes in the industry-university-research system from 2004 to 2016,the authors used synergy degree model to calculate the degree of the synergy innovation of industry-university-research,provided influencing factors of cooperative innovation on industry-university-research in coal enterprises basing upon resource base theory and industrial organization theory,and tested the factors by multivariate linear regression.The results showed that enterprise scale and economic development level significantly accelerated the industry-universityresearch collaborative innovation,the entrepreneurial spirit of coal enterprises had significant inhibitory effects on the synergy innovation of industry-university-research,and the government＇s funding of coal enterprise had no effectively impact on the synergy innovation of industry-university-research.The research results provided advices for coal enterprises and promoted the development of the synergy innovation of industry-university-research of coal enterprises.
