电流密度对Ni-W合金镀层摩擦磨损性能的影响

摘要 采用电沉积方法在45#钢表面制备了Ni-W合金镀层,并研究了电流密度对镀层摩擦磨损性能的影响。结果表明:在干摩擦条件下,随着电流密度的增大,Ni-W合金镀层的摩擦因数逐渐增大,磨损量逐渐降低;在油润滑摩擦条件下,随着电流密度的增大,Ni-W合金镀层的摩擦因数保持稳定,磨损量逐渐降低。 Ni-W alloy coatings were electrodeposited on the surface of 45# steel, and the effect of current density on friction and wear property of the coatings was studied. Results showed that the friction coefficient of Ni-W alloy coatings increased gradually and the wear loss decreased gradually with the increase of current density under dry friction conditions. However, the friction coefficient of Ni-W alloy coatings remains stable and the wear loss decreased gradually with the increase of current density under oil lubricated conditions.
