摘要
住院医师规范化培训(住培)以培养思想素质、临床技能合格的临床医师为最终目标,而带教师资的质量和水平是影响培训效果的直接因素。因此,建设统一、同质、可适用性的师资聘任标准有利于培养同质化、合格的住院医师。但是,在住培制度性文件中目前还没有具体的师资遴选聘任说明,师资队伍的建设依然存在临床工作繁重、带教时间和精力有限等问题。本文通过研究我国近年来住培师资队伍管理体系建设的现状,分析国外先进经验,结合国内实际情况,探索如何建立完善的住培师资聘任条件,提出以教学理念和教学效果为师资聘任标准之一,鼓励扩大住培师资队伍,遴选优秀带教师资。同时尝试将师资进行分层,如分为普通师资和骨干师资,有效地建立师资梯队。在建立适合我国实际需求的住培师资队伍建设体制和长效培训机制的基础上,最终建设一支高水平、高质量,既能开展理论讲授、又具备临床技能传授的优秀带教师资队伍。
The standardized residency training is aimed at cultivating clinicians with ideological qualities and clinical skills. The quality of teachers is an important factor of training effect. So establishing an uniform and applicable teacher recruitment standard is conducive to cultivate qualified residents. However, there is no specific faculty appointment instructions and problems like heavy clinical work, limited energy and time for teaching existed in building up teaching faculty teams. In this paper we studied the current constructions of management systems for teaching staff in China in recent years, analyzed advanced foreign experiences and combined with domestic practice. Then we explored how to establish perfect faculty appointment systems for standardized residency training. We suggested taking the teaching concepts and teaching effect as one of the faculty appointment standards, and encouraging the expanding teaching staff to select excellent teachers. At the same time, we can try to stratify the teachers and establish an echelon of teachers effectively. After establishment of a system and long-term training mechanisms which are suitable for the actual needs of standardized residency training in China, we could finally build a teaching team with high-level and high-quality who can both deliver theoretical lectures and clinical skills in high effiency.
