摘要
海南炼化酸性水汽提装置长期存在超负荷运行与浮阀塔板严重结垢两大问题,难以达到长周期运行的目标。为解决上述问题,在扩能改造中将原有塔板更换为VG固阀塔板。开车考核后的结果表明,改造后装置处理量由110 t/h提高至150 t/h,同等负荷下全塔压降减少35%。该塔板体现出了一定的抗结垢能力。改造后的汽提塔有较大的操作弹性和良好的分离效果,满足后续生产需求。
The overload and the fouling on trays were main problems which had been perplexing long-period operation of sour water stripping unit in SINOPEC Hainan Refining & Chemical Co., Ltd. In order to solve these problems, the original used float valve trays in stripping tower were replaced by the VG fixed valve trays in the capacity expansion revamping. The commissioning test indicated that the processing capacity of stripping tower increased from 110 t/h to 150 t/h, the pressure drop of tower reduced by 35 %. The VG fixed valve trays exhibited certain anti-fouling ability. With more operation flexibility and excellent separation effect, the stripping tower is able to meet the follow-up production requirement.
