摘要
邻苯二胺与乳酸,以水为溶剂,在浓盐酸下进行反应,合成2-(α-羟基乙基)苯并咪唑。实验结果表明,较佳的反应条件是:邻苯二胺的量为0.03 mol,乳酸的量为0.09 mol,盐酸的用量为25 mL,回流反应3小时,反应收率稳定在88%以上。以2-(α-羟基乙基)苯并咪唑为原料,以水为溶剂,用高锰酸钾氧化反应得到2-酰基苯并咪唑,实验结果表明,较佳的反应条件是:2-(α-羟基乙基)苯并咪唑的量为0.03 mol,高锰酸钾的量0.045 mol,回流反应2小时,收率在80%以上。化合物结构经IR表征。
2-(α-hydroxy ethyl) benzimidazole is synthesized from o-phenylenediamine and lactic acid in water and hydrochloric acid. The experimental results show that the better reaction conditions as follows: the molar of o-phenylenediamine is 0.03 mol, the molar of lactic acid is 0.09 mol, hydrochloric acid is 25 mL, reaction time 3 h, the yield is above 88 %. 2-acetyl benzimidazole is synthesized from 2- (α-hydroxy ethyl) benzimidazole and potassium permanganate in water. The experimental results show that the better reaction conditions as follows: the molar of 2- (α-hydroxy ethyl) benzimidazole is 0.03 mol, the molar of potassium permanganate is 0.045 mol, reaction time 2 h, the yield is above 80 %. Compounds were confirmed by IR.
