摘要
针对种皮厚和内源抑制物质导致黄芪种子发芽率低、幼苗抗性差的问题,综述外源性试剂、预处理、光照条件、引发、干旱胁迫、温水浸泡等种子处理方式对黄芪种子萌发的影响,为进一步开展黄芪种植相关研究提供参考。
For the problems of low seed germination rate and poor seedling resistance caused by seed coat thickness and endogenous inhibitory substance, this paper summarized the effects of exogenous reagent, pretreatment, light condition, initiation, drought stress,soaking in warm water and other seed treatment methods on the seed germination of astragalus membranaceus, in order to provide references for further research on astragalus membranaceus plantation.
