摘要
目的探讨康妇炎胶囊灌肠联合理疗治疗女性盆腔炎性疾病的临床疗效。方法选取我院2014年11月~2017年11月诊治的女性盆腔炎性疾病患者202例,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组各101例。对照组实施传统抗生素治疗,观察组实施康妇炎胶囊灌肠联合理疗治疗,于治疗前后行生化指标检测和疼痛评分,比较两组的临床疗效及不良反应。结果治疗后,两组的肿瘤坏死因子α(TNF-α)、C反应蛋白(CRP)、白介素-6(IL-6)、视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分降低,炎性包块直径减小,盆腔积液减少(P<0.05)。观察组的TNF-α、CRP、IL-6、VAS评分低于对照组,炎性包块直径小于对照组,盆腔积液少于对照组,总有效率高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组的不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论康妇炎胶囊灌肠联合理疗治疗女性盆腔炎性疾病的疗效显著,值得临床推广使用。
Objective To investigate clinical effect of Kangfuyan Capsules enema combined with physiotherapy in treatment for female pelvic inflammatory diseases. Methods A total of 202 patients with female pelvic inflammatory disease were selected in hospital from November 2014 to November 2017, who were divided into two groups by random number table method, 101 cases in each group. The control group was received traditional antibiotic therapy, the observation group was treated Kangfuyan Capsules enema combined with physiotherapy. Biochemical markers and pain score were performed before and after treatment. Clinical effect and adverse reactions were compared between two groups. Results Tumor necrosis factor α（TNF-α）, C reactive protein（CRP）, interleukin-6（IL-6）, VAS score decreased, while inflammatory mass diameter reduced, while pelvic effusion decreased after treatment in two groups（P〈0.05）. TNF-α, CRP,IL-6, VAS score in observation group were lower than that in the control group, while inflammatory mass diameter in observation group was smaller than that in the control group, while pelvic effusion in observation group was less than that in the control group, while total effective rate in observation group was higher than control group（P〈0.05）. There were no statistically significant differences on incidence of adverse reactions between two groups（P〉0.05）. Conclusion Kangfuyan Capsules enema combined with physiotherapy have significant effect in treatment for female pelvic inflammatory diseases, which are worthy of clinical application.
