摘要
目的对中年妇女常见妇科疾病的治疗方案、预防保健措施进行探究。方法随机选取我院妇科2017年4月至2018年12月期间收治的313例中年妇女患者为研究对象,按电脑随机法将其分为对照组(156例)、研究组(157例),对照组采取常规对症治疗,研究组则在此基础上,加用预防保健措施,比较两组患者治疗效果。结果观察组患者妇科肿瘤、妇科炎症、盆腔脱垂、盆腔脱垂、尿失禁发生率分别为44.59%、28.03%、19.11%、8.28%,对照组相应疾病发生率分别为39.10%、33.97%、21.15%、5.77%,两组患者疾病类型之间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,研究组总有效率(95.54%)高于对照组(80.77%),对比差异显著(P<0.05);研究症状体征消失时间短于对照组,对比差异显著(P<0.05)。结论中年妇女妇科疾病呈多样性特点,积极予以针对性治疗及定期体检、改变日常生活习惯、健康及心理教育、运动锻炼等保健干预措施,有助于优化治疗效果,快速缓解症状体征,改善结局及预后。
Objective To explore the treatment plan and preventive health measures for common gynecological diseases in middle-aged women.Methods A total of 313 middle-aged women admitted to our hospital from April 2017 to December 2018 were randomly divided into the control group(156 cases)and the research group(157 cases).The control group was treated with conventional symptomatic treatment.On the basis of this,the study group added preventive health measures to compare the treatment effects of the two groups.Results The incidences of gynecologic tumor,gynecological inflammation,pelvic prolapse,pelvic prolapse and urinary incontinence in the observation group were 44.59%,28.03%,19.11%,and 8.28%,respectively.The incidence of disease in the control group was 39.10%and 33.97%,respectively.21.15%,5.77%,there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).After the intervention,the total effective rate of the study group(95.54%)was higher than that of the control group(80.77%),and the difference was significant(P<0.05);The disappearance time of the symptoms and signs was shorter than that of the control group,and the difference was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The gynecological diseases of middle-aged women are characterized by diversity.Actively targeted treatment and regular physical examination,changes in daily living habits,health and psychological education,exercise and other health interventions can help optimize treatment effects,quickly relieve symptoms and signs,and improve Outcome and prognosis.
