摘要
以异佛尔酮异氰酸酯(IPDI)、聚醚二元醇(PPG-2000)、氨基硅油(ASO)为主要原料,二羟甲基丙酸(DMPA)、1,4-丁二醇(BDO)、赖氨酸乙酯作为扩链剂,通过调整DMPA和赖氨酸乙酯的质量比,采用预聚体分步聚合法制备了一种生物相容性较好的疏水型水性聚氨酯乳液,对乳液进一步处理制得胶膜。采用力学性能测试和酶降解试验,研究了各因素对材料性能的影响。结果表明,当R(NCO∶OH)=1.5,氨基硅油15%,赖氨酸乙酯与DMPA质量比为4∶6时,胶膜的各项性能较好。与采用BDO、DMPA作为扩链剂的聚氨酯胶膜相比,前者热稳定性、力学性能、拒水性能和降解性能较优。
Using isophorone isocyanate (IPDI), polypropylene glycol (PPG2000), amino silicone oil (ASO) as raw materials, dimethylolpropionic acid (DMPA), 1,4-butanediol (BDO) and lysine ethyl ester as chain extenders, a hydrophobic biomass polyurethane emulsion is prepared with prepolymerization stepwise polymerization method by adjusting the mass ratio of DMPA to lysine ethyl ester. The emulsion is fur- ther processed to obtain a gel membrane. Mechanical properties test and enzymatic degradation experi- ments are used to investigate the influence of each factor on the properties of the gel membrane. The results show that each performance of optimum sample is better when R(NCO: OH) is !.5, amino sili- cone oil is 15%, and the mass ratio of lysine to DMPA is 4: 6. Compared with polyurethane film using BDO and DMPA as chain extenders, the sample has better thermal stability, mechanical property, water repellency and degradation property.
