摘要
将环氧基聚醚基三甲氧基硅烷(EPTS)与十二烷基二甲基叔胺(N12)进行氨解开环反应,先合成季铵化聚醚基三甲氧基硅烷(QEPTS),再将其与甲基三乙氧基硅烷(MTES)水解缩聚,进而制得季铵化聚醚基硅树脂(QPESR)。采用红外光谱(IR)、核磁共振氢谱(1H-NMR)、纳米粒度仪及Zeta电位分析仪等对QPESR及其乳液进行了表征分析,并对其成膜性和抗菌性能进行研究。结果表明:产物具有预期的结构,其乳液的平均粒径为3.12 nm,Zeta电位值为+18.3 m V。用场发射扫描电镜(FE-SEM)观察发现,经QPESR整理后,棉纤维表面变得平整、光滑。当QPESR乳液质量浓度达到30 g/L时,经其整理后的织物对大肠埃希菌及金黄葡萄球菌的抑菌率都达到99.99%;洗涤20次后,抑菌率仍可达到90%以上,说明QPESR可赋予织物优异的抗菌性能和持久的抑菌效果。
The quaternized polyether trimethoxy silane (QEPTS) is prepared with epoxy polyether trime- thoxy silane (EPTS) and linear alkyl dimethyl amine (N12) by the ammonolysis reaction. The quaternized polyether organosilicon resin (QPESR) is prepared with QEPTS and methyl triethoxy silane (MTES) by hydrolysis polycondensation reaction. The structure of QPESR is characterized by IR and 1H-NMR. The particle size distribution and charge of QPESR emulsion are tested by nanoparticle size distribution instru- ment and Zeta potential analyzer. The film forming performance and anti-bacterial properties of QPESR are also studied. The results show that the average particle size of QPESR is 3.12 rim, the Zeta potential value is +18.3 mV. Field emission scanning electron microscope (FE-SEM) shows that the surface of cotton fiber treated with QPESR is smooth. The inhibition rates of cotton fabric treated with 30 g/L QPESR softener on Escherichia coil and Staphylococcus aureus are both 99.99%, and even after 20 times laundry, the inhibition rates are still above 90%. The finished fabric has excellent and durable anti-bacterial properties.
