摘要
目的探讨自拟补气清肺健脾化痰汤治疗支气管扩张患者的疗效及对炎性因子和肺功能的影响。方法选取2014年5月~2017年3月本院就诊的支气管扩张患者89例,随机分为两组,对照组44例采用西医常规治疗,观察组45例在对照组基础上联合自拟补气清肺健脾化痰汤。比较两组用力肺活量(FVC)、第1秒用力呼气量(FEV1)改善情况,比较两组临床疗效。结果治疗后观察组白介素-6(IL-6)、肿瘤坏死因子(TNF-a)等炎症因子低于对照组,第1秒用力呼气量(FEV1)、用力肺活量(FVC)等肺功能指标高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组总显效率88.89%(40/45),高于对照组的70.45%(31/44)(P<0.05)。结论自拟补气清肺健脾化痰汤对改善支气管扩张效果显著,可更好地改善肺功能及炎症反应,值得推广。
Objective To investigate the effect of Buqi Qingfei Jianpi Huatan Decoction on inflammatory factors and pulmonary function in patients with bronchiectasis. Methods 89 patients with bronchiectasis from May 2014 to March 2017 were randomly divided into two groups. 44 patients in the control group were treated with routine western medicine. 45 patients in the observation group were treated with Buqi Qingfei Jianpi Huatan decoction. The improvement of forced vital capacity （FVC） and first second forced expiratory volume （FEV1） was compared between the two groups, and the clinical efficacy was compared.Results After treatment, the inflammatory factors such as IL-6 and TNF-a in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, and the pulmonary function indexes such as forced expiratory volume （FEV1） and forced vital capacity （FVC） in the first second were higher than those in the control group （P〈0.05）; the total effective rate of the observation group was 88.89% （40/45）
and 70.45% （31/44） （P〈0.05）.Conclusion Buqi Qingfei Jianpi Huatan Decoction is effective in improving bronchiectasis, improving lung function and inflammation, which is worth opularizing.
