摘要
目的观察加减薯蓣丸对血管性痴呆(VD)大鼠海马区P-tau蛋白表达的影响,探讨加减薯蓣丸的脑保护作用。方法采用改良双血管阻断方法制作VD动物模型,设立空白组、模型组、尼莫地平治疗组、加减薯蓣丸治疗组;采用Western Blot法测定大鼠海马区P-tau蛋白的表达。结果术后4周,4组Tau蛋白表达无明显差异(>0.05);与空白组相比,模型组、尼莫地平治疗组、加减薯蓣丸治疗组的P-tau蛋白表达增加(均<0.01);与模型组相比,尼莫地平治疗组和加减薯蓣丸治疗组P-tau蛋白表达减少(均<0.05);尼莫地平治疗组与加减薯蓣丸治疗组相比,对大鼠海马p-Tau表达的影响无明显差异(>0.05)。结论 VD大鼠海马区P-tau蛋白表达增加,予以加减薯蓣丸治疗后,海马区P-tau蛋白的表达减少,加减薯蓣丸与尼莫地平的效果类似。
Objective To observe the influence of modified Yam pill（MYP）on the expression of P-tau in the hippocampus of vascular dementia rats and explore the protective effect of MYP on brain. Methods The modified method was used to block double blood vessels to produce the rat models of VD. The rats were divided into four groups： blank group,VD model group,Nimodipine group and MYP group. Western Blot method was used to determine the expression of P-tau in the hippocampus of the rats. Results Four weeks after surgery,the expression of Tau protein in four groups had no obvious difference（allP〉 0.05）;compared with blank group,P-tau protein＇s expression of model group,Nimodipine group,and MYP group increased（allP〈0.01）;compared with model group,P-tau protein＇s expression of Nimodipine group MYP group decreased（all P〈0.05）;Nimodipine group compared with MYP group,the influence on the expression of P-tau in the hippocampus of vascular dementia rats had no significant difference（P〉0.05）. Conclusion The expression of P-tau in the hippocampus of vascular dementia rats increases. We can make the expression of P-tau in the hippocampus of vascular dementia rats reduce by means of MYP,the effect of modified Yam pill is similar to Nimodipine.
