摘要
针对常规脱离子水洗涤含环氧乙烷废气水量消耗大、含环氧乙烷废水安全隐患大且难以直接处理等缺点,结合Aspen-Plus分析比较了脱离子水洗涤与乙二醇水溶液洗涤两种方案。结果表明,相同条件下,相比脱离子水洗涤,乙二醇水溶液洗涤能降低洗涤液用量、提高洗涤液温度、减少理论塔板数。同时,若结合环氧乙烷催化水合反应技术生成乙二醇,作为循环吸收液对环氧乙烷废气进行洗涤,具有洗涤水利用率高、洗涤后废液安全无毒易处理等优势。
In use of deionized water for removing waste gas in ethylene oxide(EO), there exist the problems that large amount of water will be consumed; the waste water containing EO is hazardous in safety and is difficult to be treated. In this article, by using Aspen-Plus, two methods for removing waste gas, one by using deionized water and the other by using ethylene glycol-water(EG), were analyzed and compared. It was shown from the results that under the same conditions, relative to use of deionized water, by using ethylene glycol-water, the consumed washing liquid is reduced; the temperature of washing liquid is raised and theoretic plate number is decreased. Moreover, if catalytic hydration of EO is reacted to EG which, as absorbent, is used to scrubbing waste gas in EO, there are the advantages of high utilizing rate of washing liquid and creation of non-toxic and easy-treating waste washing liquid.
