摘要
化工生产的热力学循环(如朗肯循环、制冷循环、热泵)可以实现功与热的转换。提高热力学循环的效率可以降低生产成本,减少环境污染。本文选择工业中常用的PR状态方程模型,用Aspen-Plus软件对朗肯循环进行模拟计算。这种做法能有效改进因计算量大、过程复杂而影响课堂教学效果的状况,并对提高学生的应用能力、加深其对概念的理解有重要的作用。
The thermodynamic cycle of chemical production,such as heat pump,refrigeration cycle and Rankine cycle can achieve the conversion of power and heat.Improving the efficiency of thermodynamic cycle can reduce production costs and environmental pollution.This paper uses Aspen-Plus software and PR Equation that usually used in industry to simulate the Rankine cycle.It can greatly improve the effect of classroom teaching which is influenced by large amount of calculation and complex process.It also has great importance in improving students' application ability and deepening their conceptual understanding.
