摘要
近年来,随着社会、经济和科技的迅猛发展以及人口的快速增加,广西城镇化、工业化的迅速推进,土地需求量急剧增加。围填海是缓解沿海省市土地资源紧缺的重要方式;围填海在带来经济效益的同时,对海洋环境、生态也造成了巨大的影响。为此,本文在分析广西沿海1949年至今大规模围填海进程和特征的基础上,从海洋生态环境、自然海岸线、滨海湿地和海洋生物资源等方面,分析和探讨大规模围填海对广西近海生态环境和资源的影响,并对如何合理地开发利用海洋资源提出初步的管理方法和对策,为广西沿海经济快速发展和围填海开发管理提供参考。
In recent years,with the rapid development of society,economy and science and technology and the rapid increase of population,the urbanization and industrialization of Guangxi has been rapidly advanced,and the demand for land has increased sharply.Reclamation is an important way to alleviate the shortage of land resources in coastal provinces and cities.While reclamation brings economic benefits,it also has a bad effect on the marine environment in the marine space of Guangxi.Here,based on the analysis of process and characteristics of large-scale reclamation in Guangxi coastal areas since 1949,we focused on the marine ecological environment,natural coastline,coastal wetland and fishery resources,the impacts of large-scale reclamation on the coastal ecosystem and resources of Guangxi were analyzed and discussed.It also put forward the primary management methods and countermeasures for how to reasonably develop and utilize marine resources,and provided reference for economic development and reclamation management of Guangxi coastal areas.
