深基坑开挖对周围环境影响研究进展 被引量:55

Advances in researching influences of deep excavation on surrounding environment

摘要 随着城市超高层建筑施工、地下空间开发利用及轨道交通建设的深入发展,大量深基坑工程涌现.深基坑具有很强的地区差异性,表现出显著的三维空间效应,并且涉及到岩土-结构相互作用等交叉学科领域,是一个不断面临新挑战的岩土工程难题,当前,深基坑设计理念已由"强度控制"转变为"变形控制".综合前人研究成果,将深基坑变形研究归为平面变形和三维变形两大类;对于深基坑平面变形,回顾了支护结构变形类型、地表沉降模式及沉降影响范围的相关研究,系统归纳总结了国内外关于支护结构变形和地表沉降具有代表性的实测数据;结合数值模拟与现场实测相关结论,对深基坑三维变形研究做了评述;通过模型试验、理论分析、工程实测、数值模拟及实践应用等5个方面,对深基坑开挖引发的建筑物变形做了综述.可以看出,深基坑变形研究需要多种方法并举、多学科相互配合,根本目的在于保护深基坑周围建筑物.本文对深基坑变形研究成果的梳理回顾,可为今后深基坑科研及建设提供参考. Along with the development of high-rise buildings,underground space and urban rail traffic construction,large number of deep excavations appear.As geotechnical engineering,deep excavation construction is in face of new challenges,with significant regional differences and three-dimensional effects,involving interdisciplinary fields such as soil mechanics and building structure.Currently,the design conception of deep excavation has been changed from strength-control to deformation-control.On the basis of former research findings,deep excavation deformation was divided into two types:plane deformation and three-dimensional deformation.For the plane deformation,reviews of support deformation,ground surface settlement model and settling region were given.Representative monitoring data of support deformation and ground surface settlement were systematically summaried.According to numerical analysis and field monitoring,the three-dimensional deformation of deep excavation is introduced.A review is also given about the building deformation caused by deep excavation through 5 aspects of model experiment,theory analysis,engineering monitoring,numerical analysis and engineering practice.It is indicated from above reviews that the research of deep excavation needs multi-methods and cooperation of interdisciplinary fields;and the ultimate purpose is to protect the surrounding buildings.The work of this thesis can provide reference for scientific research and construction of deep excavation.
