学分制下高校食品质量与安全专业培养方案优化研究 被引量:11

Optimization Study on Undergraduate Training Plan of Food Quality and Safety Speciality in Local Colleges and Universities under Credit System

摘要 食品质量与安全专业是我国近十几年发展较快的新型专业,其人才培养模式及定位尚不成熟。在学分制视域下创新优化食品质量与安全专业人才培养方案是当前地方应用型本科院校面临的重要课题。结合滨州学院学分制改革实践,明确了优化应用型本科院校食品质量与安全专业人才培养方案的原则,构建了学分制下食品质量与安全专业人才培养方案,以期为其他同类院校食品质量与安全专业人才培养提供借鉴。 ‘Food quality and safety' is a specialty which develops rapidly in our country in the past ten years, while its talent cultivation mode and orientation have not been mature yet. It is an important subject for local application-oriented universities to innovate and optimize the professional training program of ‘food quality and safety' under the credit system. Based on the practice of credit system reform in the Binzhou University, explicitly optimize the principle of professional talent training scheme of ‘food quality and safety' in local applied undergraduate universities, and build the credit system of professional talent training scheme of ‘food quality and safety'. We hope that our research can provide reference for other institutions to train the talents specialized in food quality and safety.
