摘要
目的探讨六西格玛管理法在提升照顾者肠内营养健康教育的知晓率中的应用效果。方法运用六西格玛管理法寻找肠内营养照顾者健康教育知晓率低的原因,针对原因进行分析并制定对策,改进健康教育流程。分别评估2017年4月—5月(实施六西格玛管理法前)60名肠内营养患者照顾者和2017年10月—11月(实施六西格玛管理法后)60名肠内营养患者照顾者的健康教育知晓率。结果肠内营养照顾者健康教育知晓率从实施前的61.67%(37/60)提高到实施后的86.67%(52/60),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论运用六西格玛管理法规范了肠内营养宣教流程,有效提高了肠内营养患者照顾者的健康教育知晓率。
Objective To investigate the effect of Six Sigma management on aw areness of health education in caregivers of patients w ith enteral nutrition. Methods To find out the potential factors of low aw areness of health education among caregivers of patients w ith enteral nutrition. The corresponding measures w ere carried out to improve the health education flow. The aw areness of health education among caregivers of patients w ith enteral nutrition w as evaluated before（ n = 60,recruited betw een April,2017 and M ay,2017） and after implementation of Six Sigma management（ n = 60,recruited betw een October,2017 and November,2017）. Results The aw areness rate of health education among caregivers of patients w ith enteral nutrition increased from 61. 67%（ 37/60） before implementation of Six Sigma management to 86. 67%（ 52/60） after implementation of Six Sigma management,w ith a significant difference（ P 〈0. 05）. Conclusion By regulating the health education flow,the Six Sigma management is an effective tool to improve the aw areness of health education among caregivers of patients w ith enteral nutrition.
