摘要
在文献回顾的基础上,研究提出创新氛围、知识管理能力和突破性创新能力之间关系的假设模型,通过对珠海市132家高新技术企业的问卷调查验证这一模型。研究结果表明:高新技术组织制度、团队合作和激励机制对知识管理能力均产生显著的正向影响;高新技术企业知识管理能力在组织制度和突破性创新能力之间起完全中介作用;高新技术企业的团队合作和激励机制不仅对企业的突破性创新能力产生直接影响,还通过知识管理能力间接影响突破性创新能力。
On the basis of literature review, this paper puts forward a hypothetical model of the relationship among innovation atmosphere, knowledge management ability and breakthrough innovation ability, and verifies this model by a questionnaire survey of 132 high-tech enterprises in Zhuhai.The results show that: high-tech organization system, team cooperation and incentive mechanism have a significant positive impact on knowledge management ability; the knowledge management ability of high-tech enterprises plays a complete intermediary role between organizational system and breakthrough innovation ability, and the team cooperation and incentive mechanism of high-tech enterprises not only have a direct impact on the breakthrough innovation ability of enterprises, it also indirectly influences breakthrough innovation ability through knowledge management ability.
