摘要
目的:了解四川省大众癌症知识知晓现状及需求,为四川省癌症防治策略的制定提供依据。方法:选取遂宁市、射洪县、成都市武侯区及龙泉驿区四个地区进行现况调查,以方便抽样的方法邀请筛查人群及社区人群参与癌症防治知识问卷调查。以50分为合格,率的比较采用卡方检验,定量资料采用方差分析及秩和检验进行比较。结果:共收集402份有效问卷。调查对象中位年龄57岁。问卷评分中位得分为50分,该调查人群的知晓率为50.1%。45~69岁人群的知晓率最高(58.5%)。90%的调查对象能正确认识癌症预防的重要意义。针对较为简单的癌症相关常识,调查人群的认知度较为令人满意,而对癌症的早期症状、治疗和预防措施认知不足。结论:调查人群癌症防治核心知识知晓水平较低,应进一步加大肿瘤防治宣传与教育。
Objective： To investigate people＇s knowledge of cancer prevention and control in Sichuan Province to provide evidence on strategies for cancer prevention and control in Sichuan. Methods： A cross-sectional survey was conducted in Suining,Shehong,Wuhou and Longquanyi in Chengdu. The respondents were invited by convenience sampling.The standard was set at 50. The percentage was dealt with Chi-square test. The quantitative data were dealt with ANOVA or the rank sum test. Results： A total of 402 valid questionnaires were collected. The median age was 57 years. The median score of the questionnaire was 50. And the percentage of acceptable knowledge was 50. 1%. The 45 ～ 69-year-old group did the best（ 58. 5%）. Ninety percent of the respondents understand the significance of cancer prevention. As for common knowledge about cancer,the level was satisfactory. But the early symptoms,treatment and preventive measures were not well understood. Conclusion： People＇s knowledge of cancer prevention and control is comparatively low. Publicity and education programs are needed.
