摘要
艾草杆上分离出来的韧皮组织可以通过工艺分离出艾草纤维,加工得到比较有价值的新型纺织纤维材料,强化废物利用的价值,带来经济效益和较为科学的环保观念。本课题主要对比艾草脱胶纤维与菠萝麻纤维的物理性能性能,阐述工艺方面的一种优化方案,分析艾草脱胶纤维的制造难度以及其适用性。
The phloem separated from the bar can be separated through the process,and the new textile fiber material can be obtained by processing.The value of waste utilization is strengthened,and great wealth and more scientific environmental protection concept are brought.In this paper,the physical properties of the degumming fiber and the pineapple fiber are compared,and an optimization scheme is described in the process.The difficulty and applicability of the degumming fiber are analyzed.
