摘要
实验主要对艾草抑菌物质提取剂的选择以及提取工艺条件进行了研究。实验结果表明,艾草中抑菌物质的最佳提取工艺条件是:水为提取剂,提取温度为80℃,提取时间为3 h,料液比为1:10。艾草水提取液对金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌有较好的抑菌效果,而对霉菌抑制效果不明显。
This best craft condition of antibacterial substance from wormwood were studied. The research results were showed as follows: more antibacterial substance can be produced by means of following condition: aqueous solution, 3 hours, 80 ℃, mass ratio between chippy wormwood and aqueous solution 1:30; Antibacterial substance from wormwood has the inhibiting effect on the colibacillus and mold, however ,has the less suppression on the mold.
