大断面切眼二次掘进支护技术研究 被引量:5

摘要 晋盂煤业跃进矿三采区工作面切断面过大,煤层顶板岩性软弱,该矿提出了大断面切眼二次掘进支护方案,采用分2次掘进成巷,分次锚杆、锚索支护并联合单体支护加强支护,在工作面切眼掘进巷道内布置2个测点检验巷道支护的效果。监测结果表明:大断面二次掘进支护方案有效控制大断面切眼掘进时围岩变形,保证安全生产。 The working face of Yuejin Mine in Jinyu Coal Industry is too large,the rock character of the coal seam roof is weak.This mine put forward the plan of secondary excavation support for large section cut holes.The roadway was excavated into roadway in two times.The roadway support was strengthened by bolting bolt,anchor rope and single support,and two measuring points were arranged in the roadway to test the effect of roadway support.The monitoring results show that the support scheme for the second tunneling of large sections can effectively control the deformation of surrounding rock during the tunneling of large sections and guarantee the safety of production.
