摘要
跨文化交际能力已成为21世纪高素质人才的新诉求,在培养大学生跨文化交际能力方面已取得不少成果。但是由于少数民族大学生面对多种文化、初学英语年龄偏高、缺乏英语学习环境等因素,少数民族大学生跨文化交际能力教学相对较复杂。文章从人文素养的维度出发,提出了树立健康的文化观、开展西方文学经典阅读教学、创设良好的学习环境体系的跨文化交际能力培养模式。
Intercultural communication competence （ICC） has been a new requirement for the high-quality personnel of the 21stcentury. Achievements have been made in the aspect of cultivating college students＇ ICC. However, the ICC teaching for college students of ethnic minorities is more complicated in that they have to cope with more cultures, start learning English at a higher agelevel and are lack of English-learning environment. This paper, started form the dimension of humanistic quality, put forward an ICCteaching model of building up wholesome cultural view, teaching reading of western literary classics, and setting up favorable learningenvironment system.
