摘要
为了引进国外优质教育资源,医学院校开展中外合作办学护理本科项目。文章结合鲁西南某医学院合作办学和外语教学经验,以跨文化护理为视角,调查中外合作办学和外语文化教学现状,提出培养护理生跨文化能力的新模式。
In order to introduce better teaching sources,sino-foreign joint nursing program has been carried out in medical schools.This study investigates the present situation of this program and cross-culture teaching in English class combining the experience of A Medical University in the east of China and discusses the new teaching mode of improving nursing students’cross-culture competence.
