摘要
学科交叉教育已成为新时期我国高校培养复合型创新人才的重要途径。通过分析交叉学科教育的特点,针对我国高校目前开展交叉学科教育所面临的问题,提出改革管理运行机制、调整人才培养方案、建设专业教师团队、共享学科交叉研究创新平台,以及组建交叉学科导师组等措施,加快复合型创新人才的培养。
Interdisciplinary education has become an important way for Chinese colleges and universities to train compound innovative talents in the new era.By analyzing the characteristics of interdisciplinary education,aiming at the problems that colleges and universities now face in interdisciplinary education,this paper proposes some measures including reform management operation mechanism,adjusting personnel training programs,building professional teacher teams,sharing interdisciplinary research and innovation platform,and formation of interdisciplinary tutor group to speed up the training of compound innovative talents.
