摘要
目的分析美沙拉嗪联合灌肠治疗溃疡性结肠炎的临床疗效。方法 96例溃疡性结肠炎患者,随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组48例。对照组采用美沙拉嗪治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上增加灌肠治疗,比较两组临床疗效。结果治疗前两组患者的结肠镜检积分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后两组患者的结肠镜积分均低于治疗前,且治疗组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组症状改善时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,治疗组总有效率为93.75%,高于对照组的75.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论溃疡性结肠炎接受美沙拉嗪联合灌肠治疗能够提高患者症状改善效率,保障其获得了确切的疗效。
Objective To analyze the clinical effect of Mesalazine combined with enema in the treatment of ulcerative colitis. Methods A total of 96 patients with ulcerative colitis were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, 48 cases in each group. The control group was treated with Mesalazine, the treatment group was treated with enema on the basis of the control group. The clinical effects of the two groups were compared. Results There was no significant difference in the colonoscopy accumulate points between the two groups before treatment（P0.05）. After treatment, the colonoscopy accumulate points of the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment, and that of the treatment group was significantly lower than that of the control group, the differences were statistically significant（P0.05）. The symptom improvement time of the treatment group was significantly shorter than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant（P0.05）. After treatment, the total effective rate of the treatment group was 93.75%, which was significantly higher than 75.00% of the control group, the difference was statistically significant（P0.05）. Conclusion Mesalazine combined with enema in the treatment of ulcerative colitis can improve the efficiency of symptom improvement and ensure the exact curative effect.
