摘要
高校毕业生的持续增多势必导致学生就业压力的不断加大,在专业化视域下推动高校辅导员就业指导力的提升,有助于高校就业指导工作突破瓶颈,提升高校就业服务指导水平和辅导员队伍专业化程度,确保高校毕业生就业指导服务的全程化、专业化、精细化。提升高校辅导员就业指导力,要在强化制度保障的基础上,打造专门化的就业指导服务团队;要在注重能力提升的前提下,培养专家型的就业咨询指导教师;要在创新方式方法的驱动下,提升就业指导服务的专业化程度。
The scale of education and the number of graduates in China are the highest in the world. The continuous increase of college graduates is bound to lead to the increasing employment pressure of students. In professional horizon, promote employment guidance force of university counselors, helps to break through the bottleneck of universities employment instruction work, enhance the level of university employment service guide and the counselor team specialization degree, to ensure that the college graduates employment guidance service in the whole course, specialized and refined. To improve the employment guidance of college counselors, specialized employment guidance service team should be established on the basis of strengthening the system guarantee; expert-oriented career counseling and guidance teachers should be cultivated on the premise of improving ability; the professionalization of employment guidance service should be promoted under the drive of innovation method.
