摘要
新媒体技术的飞速发展,深刻的改变了人们的生活,特别是青年大学生的生活。新媒体以其共享、交互、开放等特性,影响了当代青年大学生的行为习惯和思维模式,对高校辅导员的角色定位提出的新要求、新标准,既为高校辅导员开展工作创造了新的机遇,也提出了新的挑战。面对新的环境和背景,找准辅导员的角色定位,实现新媒体技术和高校思想政治教育的成功嫁接,是每一位高校辅导员的应有之责。
The rapid development of new media technology has profoundly changed people’s lives,especially the lives of college students.With its characteristics of sharing,interaction and openness,new media has affected the behavior habits and thinking modes of contemporary college students,and put forward new requirements and new standards for college counselors.It not only creates new opportunities for college counselors to carry out their work,but also raises new challenges.Facing the new environment and background,it is the responsibility of every college counselor to find out the role of counselors and realize the successful grafting between new media technology and ideological and political education in colleges.
